Reflect on the Good Things for the Day...

I recently read an article that stated the short and long-term benefits of reflecting on three positive things that happened in your life in a given day.  I'm not surprised be this.  With a seemingly relentless flood of negativity in our lives so often, we must counter that with positivity.  Reflecting on the good things of the day can help with this. 



I prefer to dream about positive things.  I find that when I reflect on the positives, my dreams tend to be more pleasant and more memorable.  Since so much of our reality is based on our thoughts, it stands to reason our reality will become better as our thoughts become more positive.  Taking the time to show gratitude, to reflect and appreciate the positive things in life in any given day can go a long way to making life better in the short term as well as the long term.
