Positive thinking can be a very close friend when we need support. Sometimes we need to be our own best friend by thinking positively. There are times when negativity is all around us and the only thing we can do to counter that is to replace that negativity with positivity.
Sometimes when I have my doubts, I simply try to change my mental reality by saying to myself, "I can handle this. I am strong." It seems so simple - maybe too simple, but sometimes, that is all it takes to turn the dark side to the light.
