Positive thinking is often like exercise for me - it is something I know I must do for my overall well-being, but not always easy to sustain with consistency. But I must. We all must - that is, if we want to do what we can to keep our lives happy and productive.
I believe that when you think and expect positive things to happen to you, they usually do. There is no slam-dunk to this, but at least when 'bad' things happen in your life, you may, with positive thinking be able to see the benefit that can come with every situation, no matter if we label it 'good' or 'bad.'
